I, Don Miguel O'Reilly, Priest, Vicar, Ecc'l. Judge
of the Holy Parish Church of the Plaza and Province
of St. Augustine in Florida, baptized and placed
Holy Oils upon a male child who was born on the 6th.
day of the current month and year, legitimate son
of Bartolome Maestre, native of the Parish, who
was the son of Pedro Maestre and Maria Andreu-- and
his wife, Marianna Lorenzo, native of this place,
daughter of Juan Lorenzo and Maria Villa: after the
exercise of the Sacred Ceremonies and Precepts of
our Holy Mother, the Church, I gave him the name
Bartolome Jose Magino and for his Godparents, Jose
Turdas and Maria Magdalena Gevardy, residents of
the City, whom I advised of their Spiritual parent-
age and other obligations.

Monday, the 20th., of December in the year 1819,
after the investigations into the single life, I,
who sign below and after reading the three banns
before Holy Mother, the Church, on the- three feast
days at the principle Mass;
The first on the Feast Day of the Immaculate Con-
ception of the Virgin Mary,
The second on the third Sunday of Advent,
The third on the fourth Sunday of Advent,
and all necessary formalities being vacated, no
impediment what-so-ever, I, Don Miguel Crosby,
Priest, Vicar, Ecc'l. Judge of the Parish Church
and Provance of St. Augustine in Florida, receiv-
ed the mutual consent of Bartolome Mestre of the
single state, native of the Parish, legitimate son
of Bartolome and Mariana Lorenzo, native of the
same Parish, and Juana Baya, also single, native
of this place, legitimate daughter of Jose(Baya)
and Rafaela Usina, natives of the aforementioned
Parish; whose mutual consent-I did receive by
spoken word and presence which makes a true and
legitimate marriage.
Bartolome Mestre solemnly received for his legit-
imate wife and spouse Juana Baya and she the re-
ferred Bartolome Mestre for her legitimate husband
and spouse in my presence and that of witnesses,
Andres Paxety and Barbara Triay, residents of this
City.
They received the Nuptual Benediction, knowing
their Christian Doctrine, had Confession and Com-
munion the same day.
