Samuel Lane Will

"In the name of God, amen, I, Samuell Lane of Ann Arundell County in the province of Maryland, being sich and weak in body but of perfect
mind and memory praised by God, Do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in the manner and form following viz + Impes.
I bequeath my soul to God that gave itt and my Body to the Earth from whence it came and as for my worldly goods I dispose of them as followeth,
Impes I give and bequeath to my daughter Grace Burrage, one cow and one young mare with their Increase. Item my will and mind is that my personall
Estate be divided into three Equall parts and Disposed of as followeth; one third part thereof I give and bequeath to my Loving wife Margret Lane and
one third part thereof I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Lane att her age of 14 years of the day of her marriage which shal first happen and
the other Third part I give and bequeath to be Equally divided between my two sons Small and Dutton as they shall severally attain to the age of Eighteen years
 - Item I give unto my son Samuell Lane my plantation called by name of Browsley Hall and 500 hundred acres of Lane belonging to the same to have and to
hold the said plantation and Land to him his heirs and assigns forever. Item I give to my Son Dutton his heirs and assigns forever Three hundred acres of land
being part of the afd. Land Called Browsley Hall Item I five and bequeath to my son Dutton his heirs and assigns forever part of this now my dwelling plantation
which I bought of Francis Huskins and if it shall happen either Sarah, Samuell or Dutton Lane to dye before they come to enjoy their estates as afore bequeathed
my will is that his or their parts so deceasing shall go to the Survivor or Survives and if they all happen to dye without issue or before they come to enjoy their
Estates as aforesaid then I give the same to my nephew Thomas Lane in the Kingdom of Ireland. Item I do nominate and appoint my loving wife Margret Lane
to be sole admx. of this my last Will and Testament and my well beloved sons in law Nathaniel Smith and Francis Hutchins to be Supravisers of the same.
