Apprenticed: to Nathaniel Thornhull as a Merchant Tailor Between 1613 and 1620 in Cornwall, England.  

Married: Alice Lane (born Carter) on October 7, 1623 in St Mildred Poultry, London, England.  

Profession: Richard completed his 7 year tailor's apprenticeship on February 26, 1620

In 1632 His job with the Company of Providence involved managing the planting of Company of Providence, British West Indies
Captain with the East India Trading Company

Arrived: 1635 in Barbados, Caribbean.  

Died: on August 7, 1657 he was drowned along with his son, Oziell, on Eleuthera Island.
which is near present day New Providence Island in the Bahama Islands.
